Online Therapy for Women

Jennifer Leupp, LCSW in California

Are you feeling overwhelmed or underappreciated?

Maybe a loved one is struggling with addiction, or perhaps they have a mental or physical illness that is taking it’s toll on you.  You may be having a hard time saying no, or simply trying to please your loved ones and everyone you meet. Perhaps you’re feeling responsible for fixing your loved one’s problems.

Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every facet of your life:

  • You’re noticing that you’re feeling more and more resentful
  • You’re regretting picking up the phone when your difficult loved one calls
  • You’re feeling the need to prove yourself to everyone at work and school.
Online Therapy for Women can help.

It may feel impossible now, but you can say no to requests that you don’t feel comfortable with. You can set boundaries. You can honor yourself. And I can help you get there.

Online Therapy for Women helps you do 3 things:
  • Identify the root of the problems you’re experiencing
  • Understand how you and your loved ones relate to one another
  • Learn the tools that will help resolve your problems so you can so you can feel empowered in your relationships.

I’ll help you through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to Therapy for Women comes from a place of hope: believing that it’s possible for you to identify the root of the problem and learn and experience the tools that will help you heal.

Anxiety, Stress and Guilt don’t have to be your story.

I can help you get there.

Q: What are Online Therapy sessions like?

A: We will talk about what is going on with you currently and how it may relate to what has happened in your past.  I will ensure you that you are not alone in the feelings and experiences that you have had.  I will  teach you cognitive and mindfulness techniques to help you reframe your thoughts and feel more balanced.  We may try a trauma-focused technique called EMDR which you can learn more about here.

Q: How long do I need to be in therapy?

A: The length of your treatment is based on your individual needs. I want you to feel empowered and prepared with tools so that what you learn in therapy will stick.

Q: How do I know if Therapy for Women will work for me?
