I provide online mental health counseling for Californians. I work with clients who want to quit or reduce drinking or smoking, address their codependent behaviors and/or trauma, and with those that identify as LGBTQIA. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-focused techniques. I also like to use laughter when appropriate as a means for healing. When I’m not supporting clients I enjoy practicing yoga and meditation, singing, and learning about nutrition.
